Mineral Makeup Base is a loose powder base for creating long-lasting mineral eyeshadows, blushes, and bronzers. It is specifically formulated with a custom blend of mica and titanium dioxide to drastically improve slip and adhesion capabilities. It's great for beginners as well as experts as it can be used in conjunction with other mineral makeup fillers to create custom formulations.
To use, simply mix one part Mineral Makeup Base to two parts Mica blend, then package into jars.
If a shinier texture is desired add more mica or a small amount of sericite mica to the mix.
